• Understanding the importance of ICT tools in the development of quality education in the institution, the ICT and language Lab committee. The Committee gives suggestions to the Principal about the lists of ICT equipment’s that are required and its usefulness in the quality enhancement of teaching and learning process in the institution.

• The committee suggests and monitor the ICT facilities in the institution that are required for Administrative, Library and teaching process.

• The committee make the recommendations to the principal about the ICT equipment’s) and its software and internet speed that are required in the classrooms (LCD projectors and SMART BOARD, number of computers required in the computer lab and language lab.

• The committee motivates and guide to the students and staff in making use of ICT tools during the orientation programme to the freshers.

• The gives orientation to the SC, ST, OBC, MINORITIES about the online submission of exam forms and scholarship and application to the various government posts.

• The committee tries to create soft skills and communication skills among students specially on how to brows the net in search of e- resources from the library and assist them in the advanced learning.

• The committee obtains from the students’ online undertakings about Prevention of ragging in the name Aman.org.com.

• The Committee also kept the current year students details like name, class, programme name. his/her ID, Aadhar no, Mobile number (During Naac visit to our institution) which is helpful for the purpose of Student Satisfaction Survey.
