26. Monitoring Committee :
In order to ensure the academic conducive atmosphere in the institution, the institution has the Monitoring Committee to keep monitor over all the working of the faculties of various departments and the committees of the institution.
The Monitoring Committee members consist of two members from the management, one is the head of the institution and the other one is the IQAC Coordinator.
The Monitoring Committee formally meets twice in year in the chamber to review the Department activities and the committee working and monitor over the adherence to the institution code of conduct or ethics by the students and staff.
The committee gives the necessary suggestions or directions to the principal and staff in the realization of institutional objectives.
In the process of monitoring over the working of the institution, informally, the Sole Trustee of the SGVVTs and the present Peethadhipati of Sri Gavimath, Koppal is also visit to the college to monitor the over the code of ethics are being followed by the faculties and students. His Holiness, during his informal visit to the institution, gives the necessary direction to the Principal and other management members about the progress of the physical infrastructural facilities that are required for the Eco-friendly academic atmosphere and quality teaching tools in the institution.

The prominent activities of this committee are:
- Review of the calendar of events of the year.
- Review of the Departmental SPD.
- Academic Progression of the students and faculty.
- Monitor over adherence to the institution code of ethics by students and staff.
- Suggestions and direction to the principal in the preparation and submission of AQAR of the institution.
- Direction to the principal organize the orientation to the newly recruited faculty members.
Direction to the principal to preparation and submission of the IIQA and followed by the Self-Study Report of the institution for the 3rd cycle NAAC assessment and accreditation of 2018-19.
